Abstract

Kraljevina, Škrlet i Moslavac su najvažnije bijele autohtone sorte vinove loze u vinogradarskoj regiji Zapadna kontinentalna Hrvatska. Klonskom selekcijom ovih sorata izdvojeni su klonski kandidati kod kojih su uočene i potvrđene pozitivne promjene osnovnih gospodarski važnih svojstava (prinos, sadržaj šećera i kiselina u moštu). Tijekom klonske selekcije nastoji se utvrditi da li se klonski kandidati međusobno razlikuju i sadržaju aromatskih spojeva u grožđu, koji su kod bijelih sorata od izuzetne važnosti budući da uvjetuju kvalitetu primarne arome vina. Istraživanje je provedeno kod pet klonskih kandidata svake sorte. Uzorkovanje grožđa provedeno je u fazi pune zrelosti u 2015. godini, u pokusnim nasadima predmetnih sorata: Sv. Ivan Zelina (Kraljevina), Palovine (Škrlet) i Sv.Urban (Međimurje). Na temelju dobivenih rezultata uočena je signifikantna različitost u manjoj mjeri u sadržaju aromatskih spojeva. Svi klonovi su zabilježili značajne koncentracije 2-heksanala i 1-heksanola. Najveće koncentracije 2- heksanala bilježe klonovi VV-433, ŠK-74 i PUŠ-94, dok najveće koncentracije 1- heksanola pokazuju klonovi VV-181, ŠK-74 i PUŠ 30. Klonovi Škrleta i Kraljevine pokazuju veći udio monoterpenskih alkohola α-terpineola i citronelola koji daju tipične arome limuna i kamfora. Iznimno visoke koncentracije α-terpineola pokazuje klon ŠK-69, dok su najviše koncentracije citronelola pronađene kod klonova ŠK-33 i ŠK-74. Udio ukupnih monoterpena kod svih klonskih kandidata zabilježen je u većim koncentracijama s obzirom na ukupne norisoprenoide.

Abstract (english)

Kraljevina, Škrlet, and Moslavac are the most important Vitis vinifera white autochthonous
varieties in Western continental Croatia vineyard region. Using clonal selection, from these
varieties have been extracted clone candidates. Positive changes of basic economically
important features were noticed and attested in them (income, glucose content, and must
sourness). Clonal selection establishes the difference among clone candidates and among
aromaticities in grapes, which is highly important in white varieties since they are responsible
for the quality and primary aroma of wine. The research was carried out on five clone
candidates of each variety. Grape sampling was done in the phase of full ripeness in 2015, in
the varieties' experimental plantings: Sv. Ivan Zelina (Kraljevina), Palovine (Škrlet) i
Sv.Urban (Međimurje). The collected data has shown that there is a significant difference to a
lesser extent in aromacities' content. In all the clones there is a great concentration of 2-
hexenal and 1-hexanol. The greatest concentrations of 2-hexenal are found in the clones VV-
433, ŠK-74, and PUŠ-94, while the clones VV-181, ŠK-74, and PUŠ 30 show the greatest
concentrations of 1-hexanol. The clones of Škrlet and Kraljevina have a greater share of aterpineol and citronellol monoterpene alcohols which have a typical lemon and camphor
aromas. Particularly great concentrations of α-terpineol are found in the clone ŠK-69, whereas
the greatest concentrations of citronellol can be noticed in the clones ŠK-33 and ŠK-74. The
share of overall monoterpenes in all the clone candidates has significantly higher
concentrations considering overall norisoprenoids.
