Abstract

Kakvoća ploda breskve ovisi o namjeni budućeg proizvoda. U današnje vrijeme ambalaža prodaje proizvod, što je u ovom slučaju boja ploda breskve. Zbog toga se pojavila mogućnost manipulacije spektrom svijetla, tj. bojom plodova kod voćaka. U tu svrhu je došlo do pojave fotoselektivnih mreža različitih boja, veličine oka i sposobnosti puštanja određenog spektra svijetla u nasad. U praksi to znači unaprijed isplaniran početak berbe, te puštanje proizvoda na tržište. Na ovaj način štedimo na vremenu, resursima i sredstvima za zaštitu bilja. Kao mjerila za kakvoću u radu smo obuhvatili slijedeće vrijednosti: masa ploda, tvrdoća ploda, sadržaj topljive suhe tvari, sadržaj ukupnih kiselina, odnos topljive suhe tvari i ukupnih kiselina, te izračun priroda. Za potrebe istraživanja koristili smo plodove breskve sorte 'Suncrest' na lokaciji Vratišinec kod Čakovca koje smo prekrili PVC Agritenax mrežama – žute, bijele i crvene boje. Uzorkovali smo plodove sa ukupno 36 stabala breskve. Nasad nam je poslužio kao vjerodostojan pokazatelj što dokazuju laboratorijske i statističke analize čiji su rezultati detaljno prikazani i objašnjeni u ovom radu. S obzirom da se radi o novoj tehnologiji uvijek moramo detaljno istražiti sve pozitivne i negativne strane.

Abstract (english)

The quality of the peach fruit depends on the purpose of future products. Nowadays, packaging sells the product, which is in this case the colour of the fruit peel. This led to the ability to manipulate the light spectrum, i.e. the colour of fruits in fruit trees. To this end, photo-selective nets of different colours, mesh sizes and abilities of releasing a certain spectrum of light into the plantation have emerged. In practice, this means a pre-planned start of the harvest and product release on the market. In this way, time, resources and products for plant protection are saved. As a benchmark for quality in the work, some average values have been included, which are: fruit weight, firmness, soluble solids, total acid content, content relationship soluble solids and total acidity and yield. For this study, the fruits of peach cv. ‘Suncrest' in the location Vratišinec near Čakovec were used. The trees were covered with PVC Agritenax nets – yellow, white and red. The fruit of a total of 36 peach trees was sampled. The plantation served as a reliable indicator which is evidenced by laboratory and statistical analysis of the results shown in detail and explained in this paper. Since it is a new technology, we thoroughly investigated all of the positive and negative sides.
