Abstract

Park grada Graza predstavlja iznimno podcijenjenu prostornu cjelinu u samom središtu grada Pule. U ovome radu dan je povijesni pregled razvoja prostora, procesa koji su doveli do današnjeg statusa parka i pregled prostorno planske dokumentacije vezane uz ovo područje. Analizirajući stanje prostora i aktualne društvene procese pristupilo se izradi alternativnog rješenja za oblikovanje parka. Rezultat ovog rada su prijedlozi moguće prenamjene ove parkovne površine u jedan multifunkcionalni prostor kakav centar grada zaslužuje.

Abstract (english)

The Graz park represents an underappreciated spatial entity in the very center of the city of Pula. The historical development of this area and processes that led to the formation of today's park are reviewed in this thesis, together with an overview of spatial planning documents of this part of the town. Analyzing the existing situation of the park alongside modern social processes lead to the development of an alternative conceptual landscape design of the park. The result of this thesis is a possible redisign of the park into a multifunctional space in the centre of the city.
