Abstract

Završni rad kojemu je tema planiranje kao funkcija procesa menadžmenta u poduzeću iz urarske industrije prikazuje važnost funkcije planiranja za poduzeće. Kroz rad se prikazuje na koje načine planiranje utječe na poduzeće, važnost određivanja cilja plana, procjenu te izbor alternative do ostvarenja plana i put do konačnog cilja poduzeća. Završni rad prikazuje zadatke te metode kojima su postignuti i ostvareni zadani ciljevi. Primarno istraživanje u svrhu rada provedeno je u poduzeću Kruna 2011 d.o.o. Analizirani su rezultati koji su dobiveni putem podsjetnika za intervju. Tijekom intervjua došlo se do spoznaja o politici poduzea te planiranju koji provodi menadžment u poduzeću Kruna 2011 d.o.o. Kroz provedeno istraživanje dobivena je predodžba o poslovanju poduzeća koje je dio urarske industrije te načinu na koji se u njemu provodi planiranje. Navodi se usklađivanje rada menadžmenta i njima podređenih zaposlenika te utjecaj konkurencije kao pokretača i motivatora u budućem razvoju poduzeća. Rezultati istraživanja provedenih u ovom završnom radu potvrđuju tezu da je planiranje neophodna i bitna funkcija procesa menadžmenta.

Abstract (english)

The final work whose themes is planning as a function of process management in the enterprise from the watch industry shows the importance of planning functions for the company. The work will show the ways in which planning affects to the company. The importance of targeting plans, assessment and selection of alternatives to the realization of the plan and the path to the ultimate goal of enterprises. Through the work it will be presented tasks and methods that would achieve its goals. Primary research for the purpose of work carried out in the company Crown 2011 Ltd. Analyzed the results obtained through reminders for interview. During the interview, there was a realization on the implementation of the policy of the management in the company Crown 2011 Ltd. Through surveyed gave an idea of the performance of the company which is under the watch industry and the way in which it can spend planning. Show will be coordinating the work of the management and their subordinate employees, and the impact of competition as a driver and motivator for the future development of enterprises. Results of research conducted in this final work confirm the thesis that planning is necessary and essential function of the management process.
