Abstract

U radu je detaljno istražena regulacija društveno odgovornih financijskih ulaganja čiji je cilj ostvariti dugoročne i održive povrate na uložena sredstva te postizanje međunarodne konkurentnosti. Istražene su vrste regulatornih instrumenata koje se primjenjuju u pojedinim zemljama te njihova povezanost s razvojem tržišta društveno odgovornih financijskih ulaganja. Analizom je utvrđeno kako je dosad razvijen veći broj regulatornih instrumenata vezanih za društveno odgovorno poslovanje nego li za društveno odgovorna financijska ulaganja. Tržište spomenutih ulaganja posljednjih je godina u porastu te je povezano s razvojem regulatornih instrumenata. Povezanost se temelji na činjenici kako različiti regulatorni instrumenti potiču primjenu čimbenika društvene odgovornosti prilikom donošenja investicijskih odluka što povećava volumen takvih ulaganja na tržištu. Trenutno, europsko tržište je najrazvijenije tržište društveno odgovornih financijskih ulaganja prema vrijednosti imovine kojom upravlja na tržištu društveno odgovornih financijskih ulaganja.

Abstract (english)

In this paper you will find detailed explanation concerning the regulation of socially responsible investments whose goal is to achieve long term and sustainable returns of investment funds in the international competitive markets. Throughout the paper you will find various instruments and mechanisms of regulatory agencies from different countries and how they are connected with market development and socially responsible financial investments. Aforementioned investment market is increasing in the last couple of years which is connected with the development of regulatory instruments and mechanisms. Connection between them is based on the fact that different regulatory instruments and mechanisms encourage social responsibility when making investment decisions which in turn increases the volume of those investments in the market. At this moment the European market is the most developed socially responsible investment market according the value of assets under management on the market of socially responsible investment.
