Abstract
Kroz ovaj završni rad je objašnjen pojam raskida ugovora o leasingu. Da bi rad bio lakše razumljiv čitatelju u samom početku rada je pojašnjen sam pojam leasinga, kao i njegove vrste te prava i obveze ugovornih strana u leasing poslu. Posebna pozornost posvećena je razlozima za raskid. Moguć je raskid ugovora zbog kršenja odredbi Zakona o obveznim odnosima, Zakona o leasingu ili općih uvjeta poslovanja leasing društava.
