Abstract

Financijski izvještaji omogućavaju uvid u razvoj poslovanja tijekom određenog vremena sa svrhom pronalaska načina kako poboljšati rezultate u budućnosti. Za lakše pristupanje informacijama iz financijskih izvještaja, trgovačka društva dužna su financijske izvještaje javno objavljivati. Predmet ovog istraživanja je bila analiza uspješnosti poslovanja Allianz Zagreb d.d. Provedenom analizom može se zaključiti da osiguravajuće društvo Allianz Zagreb d.d. posluje uspješno već dugi niz godina te drži visoko mjesto na ljestvici uspješnih osiguravateljskih društava.

Abstract (english)

The financial statements provide insight into the development of a business over a period of time with the purpose of finding ways to improve results in the future. To facilitate access to the information contained in the financial statements, companies are required to make the financial statements public. The subject of this research was the business performance analysis of Allianz Zagreb d.d. The analysis can conclude that the insurance company Allianz Zagreb d.d. has been operating successfully for many years and holds a high place in the ranking of successful insurance companies.
