Abstract

Rad prikazuje same početke elektroničke trgovine, odnosno njezin razvoj kroz povijest do današnjeg dana. Također, spominju se načini plaćanja u elektroničkoj trgovini poput debitnih i kreditnih kartica, ali i moderni načini plaćanja poput elektroničkih novčanika od kojih je najpoznatiji PayPal. Sigurnost kao jedan od vodećih problema još veće prihvaćenosti elektroničke trgovine je posebno pojašnjena. Ukratko se razrađuje i elektronička trgovina u Republici Hrvatskoj. Kroz rad se govori o prednostima i nedostacima elektroničke trgovine za kupce, ali isto tako s kojim se prednostima i nedostacima susreću prodavači. U sklopu rada provedeno je istraživanje na temu “Usporedba prihvaćenosti elektroničke trgovine među potrošačima mlađe i zrele dobne skupine”. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su stavove i dosadašnja iskustva s elektroničkom trgovinom među dvije dobne skupine, mlađe od 18 do 35 godina i zrelije od 36 do 60 godina.

Abstract (english)

The diploma thesis presents the very beginnings of electronic commerce, its development through history to the present day. E-commerce payment methods are also mentioned such as debit and credit cards, but also modern payment methods such as electronic wallets, of which PayPal is best known. Security, as one of the leading issues of even greater e-commerce acceptance, has been particularly clarified. Electronic commerce in the Republic of Croatia is also briefly elaborated. The paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce for customers, but also the advantages and disadvantages for sellers. As part of the paper, a study was conducted on the topic "Comparison of e-commerce acceptance among younger and mature consumers". The results of the survey showed the attitudes and experience with e-commerce between the two age groups, "younger" aged 18 to 35 years and "mature" aged 36 to 60 years.
