Abstract

U ovom radu proučen je zakonski okvir o održivom gospodarenju otpadom koji se odnosi na kruti otpad nastao pri redovnom radu termoenergetskih postrojenja loženih ugljenom. Kemijska analiza krutog otpada u potpunosti zadovoljava Zakonom propisane granične vrijednosti. Kruti je otpad, lebdeći pepeo i gips moguće oporabiti kao dodatak cementu, što se provodi u praksi, te za pripravu proizvoda sa novom dodanom vrijednošću, što je u fazi istraživanja. Opraba cjelokupne količine krutog otpada nije moguća na domaćem tržištu, te se je potrebno orijentirati na inozemna tržišta, pri čemu je potrebno napraviti opsežnije istraživanje Zakona Europske unije.

Abstract (english)

This paper studied the legal framework on sustainable waste management pertaining to the solid wastes from the regular work of thermal power plants fired with coal. Chemical analysis of solid waste fully meets allowed concentration limits. Solid waste, i.e. fly ash and gypsum can be recycled as a cement additive, which is being implemented in practice, and for the preparation of products with new value-added, which is in the research stage. Reuse the total amount of solid waste is not possible on the domestic market, and there is a need to focus on overseas markets, where it is necessary to make a comprehensive study of the European Union legal framework.
