Abstract

U ovom radu provedena je sinteza nanočestica s ljuskom od zlata, srebra i cinka, te jezgrom od enzima ureaze Sinteza nanočestica zlata i srebra provedena su u dušificiranoj redestiliranoj vodi, sa različitim koncentracijama zlata i srebra pri temperaturi T = 37 °C uz istu koncentraciju ureaze. Sinteza nanočestica cinka se provodila s različitim koncentracijama cinka i uree pri temperaturi T = 25 °C također uz istu koncentraciju ureaze. Tokom eksperimenata praćena je promjena koncentracije proteina koja je proporcionalna koncentraciji enzima, te određivao apsorpcijski spektar zlata i srebra. Kinetika brzine taloženja enzima ureaze opisana je kinetikom prvog reda za koju je utvrđeno da dobro opisuje gotovo sve reakcije. Istaložene nanočestice zlata i cinka su karakterizirane pomoću pretražnog elektronskog mikroskopa.

Abstract (english)

In this study synthesis core shell nanoparticles with the core of enzyme urease and the shell of gold, silver and zinc nanoparticles was carried out. Synthesis were carried out in water without oxygen, with different concentrations of gold and silver at a temperature T = 37 °C with the same concentration of urease. The synthesis of zinc nanoparticles was carried out with different concentrations of zinc and urea at temperature T = 25 °C, and also with the same concentration of urease. During experiments the protein concentration of protein that is proportional to the enzyme concentration was measured. Also the absorption spectrum of gold and silver nanoparticles was followed. The rate of enzyme precipitation was described by the first order kinetics. This kinetic described well almost all experiments. Synthesized gold and zinc nanoparticles were characterized using the scanning electron microscope.
