Abstract
Tema ovog rada je "Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima kao menadžerska funkcija". Rad se sastoji od dva dijela. Prvi dio je teorijski i sadrži informacije o osnovnim menadžerskim funkcijama, a veći dio se odnosi na samu funkciju upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Drugi dio je praktični i u njemu su prikazane osnovne informacije o hotelu Turist te je napravljen intervju s voditeljicom odjela ljudskih potencijala hotela Turist.
