Abstract
Strateško planiranje informacijskog sustava nezaobilazan je korak u razvoju svakog informacijskog sustava. U ovom radu strateški se planira daljni razvoj već postojećeg informacijskog sustava u koji će se implementirati podsustav za mjerenje organizacijskih performansi. Rad počiva na stvarnom informacijskom sustavu Službe za Intrastat, te mu je cilj analizirati postojeće modele poslovnih procesa i tehnološke modele pripadajućeg informacijskog sustava.
