Abstract
Projektiranje organizacijske strukture je jedan od najvažnijih koraka za uspješno vođenje organizacije. Organizator u poduzeću koristi metode projektiranja organizacije kako bi projektirao organizacijski model. Bebek dijeli metode projektiranja organizacije na dvije glavne skupine metoda (induktivne i deduktivne). Neke induktivne metode su: intervju, anketa, metoda promatranja, metoda dokumentacije, "Top-down" metoda, "Basis-up" metoda i ostale. Neke deduktivne metode su: "Brainstorming", Delhi metoda, morfološka metoda, sustavski inženjering, CPM i PERT metoda.
