Abstract
Prilikom izrade ovog rada korištena je BP2M metodologija te su u praktičnom dijelu radu primijenjeni pojedini koraci te metodologije. Za praktični dio rada, napravljen je Model procesa jednog stvarnog poduzeća. Također, napravljena je i simulacija. Izrađen je i prototip aplikacije tog procesa, kako bi se dobio bolji uvid u funkcioniranje procesa.
