Abstract
Rad ukazuje na prepreke u rastu s kojima se susreću mala poduzeća u poslovanju. U turbulentnom poslovnom okruženju prepreke rastu poduzeća dolaze do sve većeg izražaja, stoga rad daje uvid u probleme s kojima se mala poduzeća susreću u praksi. Dakle, uz primjere iz poslovne prakse, u vidu studije slučaja će biti prikazane prepreke i problemi koje sputavaju mala poduzeća pri rastu te moguća poboljšanja. Cilj rada je uz pomoć primarnih i sekundarnih podataka ukazati na prepreke rastu te dati smjernice za poboljšanja.
