Abstract
U ovom radu, počevši od teorija vođenja i vodstva, analizirane su dvije krajnosti vođenja: autokratski i demokratski stil, koji se smatraju osnovnim stilovima vođenja. Iz njih proizlaze teorije vodstva i stilovi vodstva koje sam detaljnije opisao i naveo primjere iz prakse.
