Abstract
Rad se temelji na proučavanju modernih poslovnih koncepta koje koriste uspješne organizacije u svom poslovanju. E-poslovanje, poslovna inteligencija, CRM i ERP kao integracijski alat osnovna su današnjeg poslovanja uspješnih organizacija. U radu su kao primjer uspješnih organizacija koje koriste moderne koncepte navedeni Pliva i Vetropack Straža. Kroz primjere se pokušalo prikazati na koji način ti koncepti pospješuju poslovanje i osiguravaju poduzeću zadovoljnije klijente.
