Abstract
U ovom radu opisani su pojam sukoba, opće teorije i pristupi sukobu, uzroci i vrste sukoba, proces sukoba, sukobi u organizaciji i timovima kao i primjer timskog sukoba. Nadalje, opisani su načini i metode te strategije i stilovi rješavanja sukoba, rješavanje sukoba uvođenjem treće strane, kao i pozitivne i negativne posljedice sukoba i prikazani su primjeri učinaka sukoba.
