Abstract
U radu su opisani informacijski sustavi koji pomažu menadžerima kod donošenja odluka. Na početku rada su definirani pojmovi informacije i informacijskih sustava. Nadalje, opisao sam "Upravljačke informacijske sustave (MIS)", "Sustave za potporu odlučivanju (DSS)", "Sustave za potporu skupnom odlučivanju (GDSS)", "Ekspertni sustavi (ES)", te "Sustavi za potporu vrhovnom rukovodstvu (ESS)". Na kraju rada sam spomenuo empirijsko istraživanje o korištenju ovih sustava te primjere iz prakse.
