Primjeri konkretnih organizacija te poslovanja današnjih organizacija koje koriste upavljanje znanjem. Vlastiti primjer organizacije X kao primjer jedne takve organizacije. Organizacija koje kontinuirano "uče" i napreduju, metode upravljanja znanjem pomoću kojih to postižu, te sustava za upravljanje znanjem koji pružaju podršku, Korištenje i uloga ljudskog potencijala u istima.
