Abstract
U radu u teorijskom dijelu su obrađene zalihe, odnosno definicija zaliha, svrha i cilj zaliha te vrste zaliha. Također objašnjeni su modeli upravljanja zalihama. U praktičnom dijelu rada na primjeru pekare izrađen je i opisan model procesa te njemu pripadajući model podataka.
