Abstract
Rad ukratko opisuje najpoznatije modele kvalitete programskog proizvoda (McCall, Bohem, Dromey, model prema ISO/IEC 9126-1, SQuaRE model) te daje osnovne informacije o normama serije ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 14598 i SQuaRE. Opisan je detaljnije sadržaj norme ISO/IEC 9126-4 (metrike kvalitete u korištenju, postupak provedbe procjene kvalitete u korištenju) Na primjeru aplikacije prikazana je procjena kvalitete u korištenju (postavljanje modela kvalitete, odabir metrika, priprema i provedba mjerenja te analiza dobivenih rezultata).
