Abstract
U ovom seminarskom radu fokus je na prikazu novog oblika računarstva – oblačnog računarstva te primjeni koncepata ITIL-a u oblačnom računarstvu. Na koji način procesi unutar IT organizacije koje su spremne za usvajanje modela oblačnog računarstva trebaju biti organizirani kako bi omogućili maksimiziranje vrijednosti isporučene IT usluge te efikasno financijsko upravljanje IT uslugama budući da se radi o modelu plaćanja po korištenju.
