Abstract
Prikaz strukture KM rješenja, najprije teoretski, a potom praktično (na primjeru virtualne organizacije "N"). Struktura obuhvaća osnovne KM procese: otkrivanje, obuhvaćanje, dijeljenje i primjenu znanja, te opis pripadnih potprocesa: kombinacije, socijalizacije i razmjene, eksternalizacije i internalizacije, te smjernice i rutine. Osim nevedenog, struktura KM rješenja uključuje i KM sustave, koji se realiziraju pomoću različitih mehanizama i tehnologija. Osnovu svemu čini KM infrastruktura koja obuhvaća organizacijsku strukturu, organizacijsku kulturu, fizičko okruženje, opće znanje i IT infrastrukturu. Također su detaljno objašnjeni činitelji koji utječu na odabir prikladnih KM rješenja u nekoj organizaciji, sukladno sa procesima koji se u njoj odvijaju i pirpadnim karakteristikama zadataka, znanja i okruženja te organizacije.
