Abstract
U radu je opisana upotrebljivost kao svojstvo sustava ili proizvoda koje korisniku omogućuje jednostavno, ugodno i učinkovito izvršavanje željenih zadataka. Procjenom upotrebljivosti otkrivaju se zapreke i problemi čije otklanjanje pridonosi većem broju posjetitelja i njihovom zadovoljstvu web mjestom. Upotrebljivost pridonosi uspješnosti i točnosti rješavanja zadatka na web mjestu, te postoje mnoge preporuke za poboljšanje upotrebljivosti web mjesta, a najpoznatije su one autora J. Nielsena. Metode za procjenu upotrebljivosti web mjesta je moguće svrstati u tri kategorije: metode pregledavanja, testiranja i ispitivanja. Uspoređene su metode procjene upotrebljivosti web mjest.
