Abstract

Tvrtke ili klijenti za pružanje logističkih usluga koriste logističke operatere. Logistički operater je čimbenik koji uspješno dizajnira i optimizira logističku mrežu koja je sve više integrirana u nacionalni, regionalni i globalni gospodarski sustav. Razvojem logistike usporedno su se razvijali i koncepti logističkih operatera od 1PL (koji se koristio prije pola stoljeća) do 5PL, koji je najsuvremeniji i najsloženiji logistički operater. Očekuje se nastavak ubrzanog razvoja postojećih te stvaranje novih koncepata logističkih operatera. Jedno od najvažnijih pitanja za korisnika transportnih usluga je sami izbor voznog parka.Pravilan izbor voznog parka logističkog operatera je od iznimne važnosti s obzirom na utjecaj takve odluke na buduće poslovanje. Nedovoljnom analizom i ishitrenim potezima investitor bi se u konačnici mogao suočiti s gubicima i nepredviđenim troškovima.Elementi izbora moraju se pažljivo analizirati prilikom odabira sredstava prijevoza koje će tvrtka stjecati za obnovu ili povećanje vlastitog voznog parka.

Abstract (english)

Companies and customers use logistics companies for logistics services. A logistics operator is a factor which successfully designs and optimizes logistics network that is integrated into national, regional and global economic system. Parallel with the development of logistics, we can observe the development of concepts of 1PL logistics operator (which is used fifty years ago) to 5PL logistics operator which is the most modern and most complex concept of logistics operators. One of the most important issues for the user of transport services is the choice of the fleet. The correct choice of logistics fleet is of utmost importance given the impact of such a decision on future operations. With inadequate analysis and outright moves, the investor would ultimately be faced with losses and unpredictable costs. Elements of the election must be carefully analyzed when choosing the means of transport that a company will acquire for renewal or increase of its own fleet.
