Abstract

Kroz završni rad prikazana je arhitektura Internet mreže, usluge koje Internet nudi te uloga davatelja usluga pristupa Internetu. Prikazane su različite tehnologije načina pristupa internetu, te njihove prometno-tehnološke značajke. U radu su također opisane mobilne mreže različitih generacija, te najkorištenije žične i bežične širokopojasne tehnologije za pristup Internetu.

Abstract (english)

This graduate thesis shows the architecture of the Internet network, the Internet services and the role of Internet service providers. The thesis presents various Internet access technologies, as well as their characteristics. Furthermore the mobile network systems of different generations are presented as well as the most commonly used wired and wireless broadband to Internet access technologies.
