Abstract

Da bi poslovne organizacije zadovoljile sve veća očekivanja od strane korisnika, kvalitetna organizacija transporta jedan je od bitnijih čimbenika u ukupnom procesnom lancu i optimizaciji troškova. Korisnik usluga želi kvalitetnu, povoljnu i brzu uslugu i zbog toga izuzetno je bitna racionalizacija prijevoza. Jedna od metoda kako uslugu učiniti bržom, jeftinijom i kvalitetnijom u realizaciji tehnološkog procesa je korištenje matematičkih modela i softverskih alata za određivanje ruta. S obzirom na važnost optimalnog rutiranja u diplomskom radu bit će analizirane metode intuitivnog odabira rute, metoda odabira rute pomoću matematičkog modela te metoda odabira rute pomoću suvremenog programskog alata za određivanje ruta. U diplomskom radu bit će korišteni realni primjer iz prakse.

Abstract (english)

In order for business organizations to meet the growing expectations of customers, transport organization quality is one of the most important factors in the overall process chain and cost optimization. Customer wants quality, inexpensive and fast service, therefore, it is extremely important to rationalize transport. One of the methods to make the service faster, cheaper, and better in implementing the technological process is to use mathematical models and software tools for determining the route. Considering the importance of optimum routing, in this thesis will be analysed methods of intuitive route selection, route selection methods using the mathematical model and route selection methods using modern routing tool. Examples used in the thesis will be a real practice examples.
