Abstract

Kruška je izrazito kvalitetno voće koje privlači pozornost ljudi svojim osebujnim okusom i zanimljivim morfološkim oblikom. Daje obilne prirode dobre kvalitete plodova. Veliki broj sorti ima različiti rok dozrijevanja od ranih ljetnih do kasnih zimskih, kao i sposobnost plodova da dobro podnese dugo skladištenje, odnosno čuvanje.
Istraživanje je provedeno 2017. godine u laboratoriju Zavoda za voćarstvo, na Agronomskom fakultetu. U istraživanju su obuhvaćene sorte 'Viljamovka' i 'Abbe Fetel'. Prikupljeno je po 10 plodova od svake sorte s tri različite lokacije. Istražio se sortiment krušaka, tržne cijene te porijeklo voća u maloprodaji (prodavaonicama i tržnicama grada Zagreba). Dobiveni rezultati su pokazali da su najbolju ponudu imali supermarketi, gdje su se mogle naći 3 do 4 sorte. Svugdje je uglavnom prevladavala druga klasa. Cjenovna razlika nije ovisila o prodajnom kanalu ni o deklariranoj klasi proizvoda. Subjektivnom analizom plodova kod sorata 'Viljamovka' i 'Abbe Fetel' može se zaključiti da su podjednake kvalitete bez obzira na prodajni lanac.

Abstract (english)

Pear is a high quality fruit that attracts the attention of people with their peculiar taste and interesting morphological shape. It gives abundant nature of good quality fruit. A large number of varieties have a different maturation period from early summer to late winter, aswell as the ability of fruits to sustain long storage.The research was conducted in 2017. in the laboratory of the Fruit Research Institute at the Faculty of Agriculture. The study included 'Williams' and 'Abbe Fetel' varieties. It has been collected 10 fruits of each variety from three different locations. The assortment of pears has been explored, as well as the market prices and the origin of fruit in retail(shops and markets of the city of Zagreb). The obtained results show that the supermarkets had the best offer , where you could find 3 to 4 varieties. Everywhere, the second class dominated most of the time. The price difference did not depend on the sales channel or the declared product class. Subjective analysis of fruits of the 'Williams' and 'Abbe Fetel' varieties can be concluded that they are of equal quality regardless of the sales chain.
