Abstract

To conclude, spreadsheets support to financial modeling is used every day in various task operations for calculating finances. It simplifies business procedures and uses time management to operate financial models and computations faster and without errors.
A person should have knowledge about finance, mathematics and excel to understand financial modeling and to be able to implement financial models in their business. Furthermore, users who use spreadsheets are connected with investing or managing money, and it should be highlighted that investors are risk averse which means that they do not want to take extra risk and want to play safe. That brings us to modeling in excel and spreadsheets which shows us predictions for events that will happen. Thanks to the models and spreadsheets investors, accountants and individuals can manage their future investments without a fear that they will loose their money.
We face financial modeling and spreadsheets in everyday life without noticing it, but all corporations, companies, investors and individual manage their budget on the different way like using it in historical analysis, projecting a company's financial performance, estate investments and projecting fluctations of a market.
To sum up, without information technology, informatics and software like excel it would be impossible to make such exact predictions, calculations and models. Nowadays, everything is computerized and there is an easy access to information and knowledge regarding financial modeling. Processes of computing and making spreadsheets are not that time consuming and there are no more errors in calculations.
