Abstract

Funkcija i odjel kontrolinga u poduzećima postaju nužnost poslovnog uspjeha, a posebice u djelatnostima u kojima postoji visoki stupanj dinamičnosti i kompleksnosti vanjskog i unutarnjeg okruženja poput djelatnosti trgovine. U ovom se radu, nastoji čitatelju približiti zakonitosti djelatnosti trgovine kroz perspektivu kontrolinga. Saznat će se s kojim se specifičnostima, kroz pojmove poput sadržaja, instrumenata, zadaća i objekata kontrolinga u trgovini, susreću menadžeri i kontroleri u djelatnosti.
Nastavno, prikazat će se vodeće poduzeće u sektoru veleprodaje na hrvatskom tržištu, Metro Cash&Carry. Prikazano je uređenje i uloga kontrolinga u Metro Cash&Carry-u. Na temelju uvida u poduzeće, čitatelj saznaje u kojoj mjeri se poslovne prakse kontrolinga u poduzeću podudaraju s teorijskim postavkama kontrolinga u trgovini, kao i kontrolinga uopće.

Abstract (english)

Department and the function of controlling has become a basic necessity of company's business success. This statement is especially true for the companies in the sales industry which is characterised by high level of dynamism and complexity of the external and internal environment. The aim of this work is to present a closer look to the reader the theoretical aspect of sales business through the eyes of controlling. Theoretical aspect includes findings on content, tasks, objects, instruments and many other terms which managers and controllers in sales industry have to handle.
Moreover, on the example of Metro Cash&Carry, leading wholesale company on the croatian market, reader will have more detailed and practical glance on the controlling practice. Thus, he would be able to compare it with theoretical aspects of controlling in sales industry and controlling in general.
