Abstract

Upravljanje digitalnim identitetima obuhvaća upravljanje životnim ciklusom digitalnog identiteta korisnika i pravima pristupa resursima poduzeća. Korištenjem informacijskih tehnologija cilj je automatizacijom procesa povećati produktivnost i sigurnost, te u isto vrijeme smanjiti troškove povezane sa upravljanjem digitalnim identitetima korisnika i povezanim atributima. U ovom radu provedena je široka analizirana poslovnih potreba za automatiziranim pristupom upravljanja digitalnim identitetima u poduzećima. Poseban fokus posvećen je primjeni u cilju zadovoljavanja potreba novih trendova u industriji i poslovanju kao što su implementacija servisa javne elektroničke uprave, upravljanje digitalnim identitetima servisa u oblaku, te upravljanje širokim spektrom uređaja u konceptu interneta stvari.
Primarni cilj ovog rada je razviti metodu procjene isplativosti automatiziranog pristupa upravljanja digitalnim identitetima koristeći kriterije financijskog odlučivanja, NPV, IRR, DPP i ROI. Sastavni dio procjene isplativosti projekta je i provedena analiza različitih financijskih prednosti koje automatizirani pristup upravljanja digitalnim identitetima osigurava poduzeću. U završnom djelu rada provedena je analiza poslovnih slučajeva automatiziranog pristupa upravljanja digitalnim identitetima na ograničenom skupu poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj koja ujedno uključuje i komparativnu analizu u zavisnosti o industriji.

Abstract (english)

Identity management refers to the processes of managing identity lifecycle of users and control access to company resources. The goal of utilizing identity management solutions is to improve productivity and security while lowering costs associated with managing users and their identities, attributes, and credentials. In this study extensive analysis of business requirements will be conducted for implementation of identity management solution in the companies, followed by the special focus on meeting the needs of new trends in the industry. Regarding the last one, scope of analysis will include the use of identity management functionalities in Cloud Computing, e-Government, and Internet of Things.
Main purpose of this study is to develop method for assessing cost-effectiveness of implementation identity management solution in the company, utilizing identified financial benefits that solution can deliver. Method will be based on investment appraisal that includes net present value, internal rate of return, payback period and accounting rate of return methods. Finally, business case analysis will be conducted on the limited number of companies in Croatia. This will also include comparative analysis of benefits depending on the industry.
