Abstract

Za razvoj softvera koriste se razni modeli razvoja, a Scrum metodologija se sve češće korist u praksi. Scrum pripada agilnim metodologijama razvoja softvera i predstavlja procesni okvir za razvoj, isporuku i održavanje složenih proizvoda. Radeći po principu Scrum metodologije ljudi mogu rješavati kompleksne probleme koji iziskuju prilagodljivost te istovremeno učinkovito i kreativno isporučivati proizvode najviše moguće kvalitete.
Cilj provedene ankete je utvrditi uspješnost prelaska tvrtki na Scrum metodologiju u razvoju softvera, pravilna primjena principa i načela agilnosti te zadovoljstvo sudionika takvim načinom vođenja projekata. Provedena anketa utvrđuje kako poduzeća uglavnom nemaju problema prilikom prelaska na poslovanje sa Scrum metodologijom dapače uočene su poboljšanja u raznim segmentima poslovanja (upravljanje promjenjivim prioritetima, povećanje timske produktivnosti, bolji timski moral, poboljšanje projektne vidljivosti). Ovaj rad detaljno definira pojmove i uloge vezane za Scrum metodologiju te provedenom anketom utvrđuje razumijevanje ispitanika.

Abstract (english)

These days various development models are used for software development, and Scrum methodology is becoming more and more popular. Scrum is an agile way to manage software development project. It is a framework for developing, delivering and maintaining complex products. According to Scrum methodology, people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value.
The aim of the survey is to establish the success of the company's transition to the Scrum methodology in software development, the proper use of agility principles, and the satisfaction of participants working with Scrum. The survey found that companies generally have no problem with switching to Scrum methodology. In fact, improvements in various business segments (managing variable priorities, increasing team productivity, improved team morale, improving project visibility) have been noted. This paper defines the concepts and roles related to Scrum methodology and the survey conducted determines the understanding of the respondents.
