Abstract

U radu se analizira koncept zadovoljstva i istražuje razina zadovoljstva turista na primjeru Istre i njene turističke ponude. Zatim se analizira specifičnost zadovoljstva turista kao kupca. Razmatraju se potrebe i motivi koji turiste pokreću na putovanje. Daje se uvid u podjelu turističkog tržišta na turističku ponudu i potražnju te njihova osnovna obiježja. Nadalje, analizira se cjelokupna turistička ponuda regije Istra, što ona nudi turistima i kojim resursima raspolaže.
Ovim radom htjelo se dati uvid u razinu zadovoljstva domaćih turista kvalitetom turističke ponude regije Istra te je u tu svrhu provedeno empirijsko istraživanje na području Istre, koje je obuhvatilo 100 ispitanika. Provedeno istraživanje imalo je za cilj istražiti i utvrditi razinu zadovoljstva domaćih turista turističkom ponudom ove regije, kako bi se na taj način došlo do temelja za stvaranje i poboljšanje postojeće turističke ponude Istre kao turističke destinacije, odnosno kako bi se na temelju prikupljenih podataka moglo doći do zaključaka o kvaliteti turističke ponude.
Analizom rezultata provedenog istraživanja zaključuje se da su domaći turisti izrazito zadovoljni turističkom ponudom koju regija Istra nudi, ali isto tako da postoji prostora za poboljšanje postojeće organiziranosti same regije.

Abstract (english)

The paper analyzes the concept of satisfaction and examines the level of satisfaction of tourists in Istria and its tourist offer. Then it analyzes specificity of pleasure in the case of tourists as a customer. The paper consideres the needs and motives that triggered the tourists on a journey. It gives an insight into the division of the tourism market in the tourist demand and supply and their basic characteristic. Furthermore, it analyzes the entire tourist offer of the region of Istria, what it offers to tourists and what kind of resources is available.
This paper was intended to provide insight into the level of satisfaction of domestic tourists with quality of tourist offer of the region Istria and for this purpose the empirical research was conducted in the region of Istria, which included 100 respondents. The research was aimed to investigate and determine the level of satisfaction of domestic tourists with tourist offer of the region to be used in this way a new basis for the creation and improvement of existing tourist offer in Istria as a tourist destination, and to the basis of the collected data could lead to conclusions on the quality of the tourism offer.
By analyzing the results of the study can be concluded that the domestic tourists are very satisfied with tourist offer what the region Istria offers, but also there is a space for improvement in the existing organization of the region.
