Abstract

Intrabody Communication (IBC) je bežična tehnologija koja koristi ljudsko tijelo za prijenos električnog signala s ciljem ostvarivanja komunikacije između uređaja. Za razvoj IBC uređaja nužno je poznavati parametre ukupnog prijenosnog puta, što se ostvaruje modeliranjem. U ovom završnom radu ukratko su opisani kapacitivna metoda IBC-a, bioelektrična svojstva ljudskih tkiva, sigurnosni zahtjevi i različiti pristupi modeliranju ljudskog tijela kao komunikacijskog kanala. Na kraju je opisan model ljudskog tijela sastavljen od pet slojeva ljudskog tkiva s mogućnošću prilagodbe individualnim karakteristikama. Simulacijama opisanog modela u programskom paketu ADSTM 2017 analiziran je utjecaj različitih konfiguracija i udaljenost parova elektroda na frekvencijsku karakteristiku prijenosnog kanala.

Abstract (english)

Intrabody Communication (IBC) is a wireless technology that uses the human body to transmit electrical signals in order to establish communication between devices. In IBC devices design it is necessary to know the parameters of the overall communication system, which can be done by modelling. In this bachelor thesis the capacitive IBC, the bioelectric properties of human tissues, security requirements and different approaches to human body modelling as a part of a communication channel are briefly described. In the end, a model consisting of five tissue layers tunable to individual characteristics is presented. This model was simulated in ADSTM 2017 software package and the influence of different electrode configurations, as well as the distance between the IBC devices, on the frequency characteristic of the transmission channel was analysed.
