Abstract

U uvodnom djelu disertacija obrađena je teorija rada digitalnih FIR i IIR filtara te je napravljena programska podrška za ispitivanje rada i najpovoljniji odabir filtara za korištenje u numeričkim algoritmima zaštite. U središnjem dijelu disertacije je pomoću odabranog digitalnog filtra projektiran algoritam, za proračun amplituda i faznih kutova signala, koji se temelji na LSQ metodi. Napravljena je i programska podrška za algoritme koji su bazirani na Fourierovoj transformaciji. Fourierovi algoritmi računaju amplitude i fazne kutove mjerenih signala. U radu je korišten i algoritam koji mjeri frekvenciju signala u širokom frekvencijskom području. U završnom djelu disertacije obrađene su zaštitne funkcije općenitog oblika koje se koriste u relejnoj zaštiti elektroenergetskog sustava. Iz funkcija općenitog oblika je napravljena programska podrška za zaštitne funkcije sinkronog generatora pomoću kojih je projektiran PXI sustav zaštite sinkronog generatora. PXI sustav zaštite se sastoji od sklopovlja i programske podrške.

Abstract (english)

The introductory section of the dissertation paper deals with the theory of digital FIR and IIR filters operation and software support is elaborated to assess the operation and the most suitable filter choice in numeric protection algorithms. The central part of the paper discusses how by the selected digital filter the algorithm is designed, based on LSQ method, to calculate the amplitude and phase of the signal. Software has also been designed for algorithms based on Fourier transformation. The Fourier algorithms calculate the amplitudes and phases of the measured signals. The algorithm measuring the signal frequency in broad frequency specter is also used. The final section of the paper discusses the protection functions of general forms that are used in relay protection of power systems. Based on the functions of a general form the software has been developed for protection functions of the synchronous generator, by the use of which the PXI system of synchronous generator protection has been designed. The PXI protection system is composed of both the hardware and the software support.
