Abstract

Opskrba električnom energijom mora u svakom trenutku biti u ravnoteži s potražnjom i gubicima mreže kako bi se održao siguran, pouzdan i stabilan rad elektroenergetskog sustava. Važnu ulogu pri održavanju te ravnoteže ima upravo fleksibilnost sustava. U ovom radu dan je pregled opcija fleksibilnosti i opisan je problem manjka fleksibilnosti do kojeg dolazi sve većom integracijom OIE. Elektroenergetskom sustavu potrebne su nove, dodatne opcije fleksibilnosti kako bi se nosio s nepredvidivom i teško prognoziranom proizvodnjom OIE. Prikazan je i optimizacijski model elektroenergetskog sustava, s različitim udjelima integracije OIE. Prikazano je kako integracija OIE utječe na rad i ponašanje modela te na operativne troškove sustava.

Abstract (english)

Electricity supply must at all times be in balance with demand and network losses to maintain a safe, reliable and stable operation of the power system. An important role in maintaining this balance is the flexibility of the system. This paper gives an overview of the flexibility options and describes the problem of the lack of flexibility that comes with greater integration of the OIE. The power system requires new, additional flexibility options to cope with the unpredictable and difficult prognosis of OIE. An optimization model of the power system is also presented, with different OIE integration shares. It is shown that OIE integration affects the work and behavior of the model and the operating costs of the system.
