Abstract

Ovaj specijalistički rad obrađuje područje upravljanja informacijskom sigurnošću podatkovnog centra, od područja postavljanja normi i najbolje prakse za dizajn i izgradnju infrastrukture, operativnog rada i nadzora, upravljanja uslugama, do zahtjeva na sukladnost i provjeru sukladnosti podatkovnog centra. Pitanja informacijske sigurnosti obrađena su kroz području fizičke sigurnosti, sigurnosti infrastrukture i informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije, tradicionalnih podatkovnih centara i podatkovnih centara nove generacije. Posebno značajna područja za informacijsku sigurnost obrađena su, osim teorijski, i pružanjem primjera najbolje prakse, kroz primjere jedinstvenih slučajeva. Središnja tema i poglavlje specijalističkog rada je „Upravljanje sigurnošću podatkovnog centra“ koje daje pogled na ključne elemente od značaja, uspostavu informacijske sigurnosti, odvijanje operacija podatkovnog centra na siguran način, sigurnosni nadzor i očuvanje kontinuiteta poslovanja podatkovnog centra. Specijalistički rad je zamišljen kao sveobuhvatan uvod u problematiku upravljanja informacijskom sigurnošću, u rastućoj industriji podatkovnih centara, koja se ubrzano razvija.

Abstract (english)

This specialist thesis covers the information security management of data centers in aspects ranging from the area of setting the standards and best practices for design and infrastructure construction, to operational work and monitoring, data center services management and all the way to the information security compliance requirements and data center information security compliance auditing. Information security issues are discussed for physical security, infrastructure security, in both, the traditional ICT data center as well as in the new generation data centers. Particularly important areas of information security are discussed through examples of unique and specific cases, in addition to theoretical and best practices examples. The centerpiece of this specialist thesis is the "Data center information security management" chapter, which provides an insight to the key elements of importance for the establishment of information security, data center operational conduct and procedures in a safe manner, information security monitoring and data center business continuity. This specialist thesis is intended as a comprehensive introduction to the issues of information security management, in a growing rapidly developing data center industry.
