Abstract
U radu je obrađen pojam uspješnog poduzetnika i karakteristike koje ga opisuju. Karakteristike su podijeljene na poslovne, stručne i ljudske. Teorija je razrađena na primjerima uspješnih hrvatskih (Todorić i Tedeschi) i stranih (Gates i Winfrey) poduzetnika. Također, opisan je intervju proveden s varaždinskom poduzetnicom Brankom Jakovljević.
