Abstract

Danas se sve više ulaže u traženje alternativnih sustava koji će ubrzati procese i smanjiti troškove prijevoza. Jedan od tih sustava je intermodalni transportni sustav. Pojedine transportne grane imaju brojne prednosti, ali i brojne mane. Intermodalni sustav zapravo koristi prednosti pojedinih modova transporta i minimizira nedostatke pojedinačnog moda. U ovome radu se govori o TEN-T koridorima u funkciji razvoja intermodalnog transporta u RH. TEN-T koridori su bitni za povezivanje zemalja EU. Integrirajući sve vrste prijevoza od željezničkog, zračnog, pomorskog, unutarnjih plovnih putova, te cestovnog, intermodalni se transport nameće kao nužnost, osobito kad se uzme u obzir izniman geografski i geoprometni položaj Hrvatske. U ovom radu predstavljen je i prijedlog rješenja povezivanja na još dva koridora Baltik – Jadran, te koridor Istok – Sredozemno more.

Abstract (english)

Today, more and more is being invested in the search for alternative systems that will speed up processes and reduce transportation costs. One of these systems is the intermodal transport system. Certain transport branches have numerous advantages, but also numerous disadvantages. The intermodal system actually uses the advantages of individual modes of transport and minimizes the disadvantages of individual modes. This paper discusses the TEN-T corridors as a function of the development of intermodal transport in the Republic of Croatia. TEN-T corridors are essential for connecting EU countries. Integrating all types of transportation from rail, air, sea, inland waterways, and road, intermodal transportation is a necessity, especially when Croatia's exceptional geographical and geotraffic position is taken into account. This paper also presents a proposal for a connection solution to two more corridors Baltic - Adriatic, and the East - Mediterranean Sea corridor.
