Abstract

Od samog razvoja cestovnih vozila postojala je svijest o potrebi i važnosti održavanja ali nije o značaju održavanja. Na početku je postajalo samo korektivno održavanje, koje se izvodilo po nastanku otkaza odnosno kvara, tek nakon II svjetskog rata daje se na značaju održavanju cestovnih vozila. Naglim razvojem automobilske industrije povećava se broj cestovnih vozila koja su kompleksnija, što dovodi do povećanog broja otkaza. A to se odrazilo na veće eksploatacijske troškove, iz ovih razloga javlja se potreba za preventivnim održavanjem. Ovo su dva osnovna koncepta održavanja cestovnih vozila, koja imaju svoje prednosti ali i nedostatke, te se konstantno traga za novim rješenjima i razvijaju nove metode održavanja.

Abstract (english)

From the development of road vehicles there is awareness of the importance of maintenance but not the importance of holding. At the beginning it was only corrective maintenance, which was done by the emergence of failure, after the Second World War the maintenance of road vehicles got on importance. Due to rapid development of the automotive industry increases the number of vehicles that are more complex, leading to an increased number of failures. And this was reflected in the higher exploitation costs, for this reason there is a need for preventive maintenance. These are the two basic concepts of maintenance of road avehicle, which have their advantages and disadvantages, and are constantly looking for new solutions and develop new methods of maintenance.
