Abstract

U okviru izrade diplomskog rada proveden je postupak umjeravanja etalonskog mjerila injišta i rosišta zraka u Laboratoriju za procesna mjerenja (LPM) na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu (FSB). Koristeći uređaje i opremu koja je bila na raspolaganju u LPM-u sastavljene su mjerne linije i provedena su mjerenja. Za umjeravanje su korišteni primarni generatori zraka poznatog injišta i rosišta. U području injišta/rosišta od -25 °C do 1 °C korišten je niskotemperaturni sturator (LRS), a za temperaturno područje od 1 °C do 60 °C korišten je visokotemperturni saturator (HRS). Umjeravanje je provedeno u 10 umjernih točaka, jednoliko raspoređenih unutar mjernog područja instrumenta, kojima je obuhvaćen raspon injišta i rosišta od -25 °C do 60 °C. Dobiveni rezultati umjeravanja prikazani su u radu s pripadnim mjernim nesigurnostima. Umjeravanjem je utvrđeno da se korekcije očitanja umjeravanog instrumenta, u cijelom mjernom području, kreću u granicama od -0.147 °C do 0.011 °C. Umjeravanja su provedena s proširenim nesigurnostima između 70 mK i 96 mK (na razini pouzdanosti od 95 %). Na temelju rezultata umjeravanja zaključeno je da je instrument i dalje moguće koristiti kao etalonsko mjerilo za umjeravanje mjerila relativne vlažnosti zraka.

Abstract (english)

Within this master's thesis, the calibration of a standard dew/frost point hygrometer was performed in the Laboratory for process measurements (LPM) at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb. Using the devices and equipment available in the LPM, including two primary dew/frost point saturators, two measurement systems were assembled and used for calibration. The low-range saturator (LRS) was used in the dew/frost point range between -25 °C and 1 °C, and the high-range saturator (HRS) was used in the range between 1 °C and 60 °C. Calibration was carried out in 10 calibration points, uniformly distributed within the measurement range of the instrument, covering the dew/frost point range from -25 °C to 60 °C. The calibration results are presented in this work, including the corresponding calibration uncertainties. By calibration, it was determined that the corrections of the calibrated instrument readings, in its entire measuring range, lie between -0.147 °C and 0.011 °C. Calibrations were performed with expanded uncertainties between 70 mK and 96 mK (at a confidence level of 95 %). Based on the calibration results, it was concluded that the instrument can be used as a standard for the calibration of relative humidity instruments.
