Abstract

Sadržaj bakterijskih endotoksina u uzorcima injekcija azitromicina određen je kinetičkom turbidimetrijskom metodom i brzom metodom na prijenosnom spektrofotometru. Kinetička turbidimetrijska metoda je prije analize validirana ispitivanjem utjecaja uzorka na inhibiciju ili pojačanje vrijednosti u testu za određivanje bakterijskih endotoksina. Iako je kinetička turbidimetrijska metoda, metoda izbora za kvantitativno određivanje sadržaja bakterijskih endotoksina, brza metoda na prijenosnom spektrofotometru zahtjeva kraće vrijeme analize. Upravo zbog toga je potrebno usporediti ove dvije metode i dokazati da je i brza metoda na prijenosom spektrofotometru valjana.

Abstract (english)

Bacterial endotoxin content in Azithromycin injection is determined by kinetic turbidimetric method and with portable test system (PTS). Before the analysis the kinetic turbidimetric method has been validated by examining the influence of sample on inhibition/enhancement in test. The kinetic turbidimetric method is the method of choice for determination of bacterial endotoxin, but PTS method demands shorter determination time. That is why it is necessary to compare these two methods and prove that PTS method is also valid.
