Abstract

U radu je opisana provedba biološke obrade sintetske otpadne vode u SBR – uređaju s ciljem simultanog uklanjanja dušika i fosfora.Ciklus rada SBR – uređaja bio je podjeljen na 4 sata anaerobnog punjenja, 6 sati izmjenjivanih procesa s aeracijom i bez aeracije te 2 sata taloženja i dekantiranja.Tijekom obrade, trajanja 115 dana, uspješno je uklonjen KPK i postignuto je zadovoljavajuće uklanjanje dušika.Porast udjela fosfora u organskom suspendiranom dijelu aktivnog mulja značio je da su se u bioreaktoru namnožili fosfor akumulirajući mikroorganizmi u određenoj količini. Zbog prisutnih nitrata u procesu bez aeracije stvorili su se anoksični uvjeti u kojima su heterotrofni mikroorganizmi iskoristili acetat koji je bio potreban za rast fosfor akumulirajućih mikroorganizama. Pojačano biološko uklanjanje fosfora nije postignuto zbog nedovoljne količine nastalih fosfor akumulirajućih mikroorganizama.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the implementation of the biological treatment of synthetic wastewater in SBR aimed atsimultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus. Working cycle of SBR was divided into 4-hour anaerobic charging, 6 hours interchanged process with aeration and without aeration, and 2 hours of deposition and decanting. During processing, 115 days of duration, COD was successfully removed and achieved satisfactory nitrogen removal. The increase of phosphorus in organic suspended part of the activated sludge has meant, that in the bioreactor, phosphorus accumulating organisms had been multiplied in a given volume. Nitrate present in the process without aeration created anoxic conditions in which heterotrophic microorganisms used acetate which was necessary for the growth of phosphorus accumulating organisms. Enhanced biological phosphorus removal was not achieved due to insufficient amount of phosphorus accumulating organisms.
