Abstract

Japanska kultura je posebna, čudesna i osebujna.
Kazalište Azije se obično tretira kao jedinstven pojam što je s našeg Europskog, zapadnog gledišta razumljivo i opravdano jer je azijsko kazalište za nas jedinstveno. U Aziji, u okviru principa srca, najvažniji element kazališta je pokret, i zakon ritma kojim se on regulira.
Lutkarstvo je grana kazališne djelatnosti u kojoj predstavu izvode lutke. Lutke na sceni pokreću lutkari, najčešće skriveni od gledatelja. Oni lutkama „posuđuju“ glas, odnosno izgovaraju tekst namijenjen ulozi u kojoj se nalazi lutka.
Kazalište u Japanu razvilo se u 14. stoljeću. U Japanu razlikujemo tri vrste lutkarskih kazališta. To su: Kabuki, Bunraku i Kuruma ningyo.
Diplomski rad se sastoji od teorijskog dijela u kojemu se istražuje i kontekstualizira japansko kazalište s posebnim naglaskom na lutkarsko kazalište. Eksperimentalni dio rada sastoji se od likovne mape crteža japanskih frizura, oglavlja, kimona te novljanskih nošnji. Izrađuje se lutka s oglavljem odjevena u kimono inspiriran novljanskom nošnjom.

Abstract (english)

Japanese culture is special, wonderful and distinctive. Asian theater is usually treated as a unique term which is both understandable and justified from our European, Western point of view. However, the fact is that Asian theater is unique to us. In Asia, within the principle of the heart, the most important element of theater is movement and the law of rhythm by which it is regulated.
Puppetry is a form of theatrical activity in which puppets perform a play. The puppets on stage are run by puppeteers, most often hidden from the audience. They „borrow“ their voice to the puppets by reciting the text of the role the puppets play.
Theater in Japan developed in the 14th century. In Japan, we distinguish three types of puppet theater. These are: Kabuki, Bunraku and Kuruma ningyo.
This master thesis consists of a theoretical part in which Japanese theater is researched and contextualized with special emphasis on puppet theater. Experimental part of the work consists of drawings of japanese hairstyles, headstalls, kimonos and tradicional costumes of Novi Vinodolski all collected into an art map. A puppet was made with headstall, dressed in kimono that was inspired by the traditional costumes of Novi Vinodolski.
