Abstract

Da bi se ostvario kvalitetan vijčani spoj potrebno je kontrolirati moment sile pritezanja istoga spoja. U tu svrhu se koriste momentni alati. Kvaliteta pritezanja vijčanog spoja će prema tome znatno ovisiti o kvaliteti momentnog alata koji se koristi, te stoga spomenute alate potrebno periodički umjeravati kako bi se održala njihova točnost. U radu je opisan razvoj i konstrukcija uređaja čija je svrha umjeravanje momentnih ključeva prema normi ISO 6789:2009 u mjernom području od 1 do 3000 Nm. Također se predviđa mogućnost umjeravanja mjernih pretvornika statičkog momenta sile. Izvedba uređaja uključuje više prihvatnih pozicija za momentne ključeve različitih veličina. U radu je provedena analiza problema i postojećih proizvoda, te konceptualna i projektna razrada uređaja, te je izrađena potpuna tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

In order to achieve a quality bolted connection, it is necessary to control the tightening torque of the connection. Torque tools are used to that purpose. Tightening quality of the bolted connection accordingly significantly depends on the quality of the torque tool being used, therefore the aforementioned tools need to be periodically calibrated for them to maintain accuracy. The subject of this diploma thesis is development and design of a device whose purpose is calibration of torque wrenches in accordance to the international standard ISO 6789:2009 in measuring range from 1 to 3000 Nm. The capability to calibrate torque transducers also need to be foreseen. The design of the device includes several torque wrench connecting positions. The thesis covers the analysis of the problem and existing solutions, concept and project development of the device, and the creation of complete technical documentation.
