Abstract

Iako se prodorom automatizacije unutar medicinsko-biokemijskih laboratorija ostvario značajan napredak u pogledu ubrzanja pretraga i povećanja točnosti, mnogi laboratoriji i dalje imaju tradicionalan pristup pripreme uzorka kod nekih pretraga zbog nedovoljno velikih razloga da bi se takva pretraga potpuno automatizirala. Primjer takve pretrage je i hematološki razmaz krvi.

U radu se analiziralo postojeće ručno stanje, te se primjenom DFA metode analizirao robotski proces stvaranja krvnih razmaza za stanice s jednorukim robotom i dvorukim robotom. Izračunima za različite proizvodne količine ustanovljeno je da se unaprjeđenje ove pretrage nalazi u primjeni dvorukog robota te se na temelju toga predložio sustav unaprjeđenja za pretragu razmaza krvi.

Abstract (english)

Although the breakthrough of automation within medical biochemical laboratories has made significant progress in speeding up tests and increasing accuracy, many laboratories still have a traditional approach to sample preparation in some tests for insufficient reasons to fully automate such tests. An example of such a test is a hematological blood smear.

This paper analyses the existing manual condition, and uses the DFA method to analyse the robotic process of creating blood smears for work stations with one-handed robot and a two-handed robot. Calculations for different production quantities showed that the improvement of this test can be seen in the application of a two-handed robot, and based on that, an improvement system was proposed for the examination of blood smears.
